I made this today and it was very yummy, this dessert was invented by the Portuguese and they call it FILOZ but adding mashed banana instead of Apple combined with egg and flour and milk and Crushed Pistachios and vanilla extract and fried exactly like this above receipe which is excellent too, bon appetite! I substituted the yogurt for cottage cheese and it came out fine. It reminds me Of a potato pancake. But instead of the potatoes I taste apples but the apples are not overwhelming which is nice. At 1st I had the temperature up too high and I lowered it because it wasn't cooking on the center. But they came out fairly good. Is corn fitters are also good And this is kind of like that it's an Apple Fritter
