There is zero proof that there's a law of karma and there's zero proof of advaita. Both are only theories and belief systems

There is no proof that there is a law of karma decreed by a benevolent being ( and not invented by the religious zealots for social control ). The so called " law of karma " has been used to keep the masses in fear and guilt and control them

The answer to this comes from
Vyavaharika concept of brahma or emperocal point of view, as opposed to the paramardhika point of view, or absolute point of view into which karma does not fit into.

This is illustrated with help of story of raja janak who one day while he was sleeping had a dream wherein he was being chased by enemies into a jungle, Raja janak was feeling tired and exhausted and craving for wareer and food. In the the dream he was offered food by a stranger . Raja was afraid somebody would snatch this away from him, so he went into a corner and was beginning to have his food when someone gave him a huge knock on his head and upon this the Raja gave a huge scream and woke up from the dream.
When he woke up he was surrounded by the servants ànd the king asked them whether they had seen what he had seen. The servants answered in the negative and the king started wondering what is the truth. His being chased into the jungle by enemies was true, or that he was in his palace true. So next day in the court he asked his most enlightened pandit Yagnàvalkiyà what is the truth.
Then yagna valkya Said that what the king saw in the dreams was VYAVAHARIKA satya and the other state where he is in palace is PARAMARDHIKA satya.

The law of Karma is the Law of Life and Death.Tells you shot Life Long life Good Life and bad life.

The upanishads narrate a nice story of two parrots one undisturbed (Atman) by karma and another parrot (Jiva) continously suffering the (good/bad) karma.

Westerners or Indians raised in the West may struggle to comprehend the complexities of karma in Eastern religion. Nonetheless, Staju Jacob book "Karmasutra The karma of ......." provides an intricate and thorough exploration of how the karmic system functions, covering a wide range of topics without resorting to vague Eastern terminology. This book was published in 2016 and different from kama sutra (🙂)...... Hope this great book 'Karmasutra' by Staju Jacob is available soon in various Indian langauges too....I think the author is an Indian .. maybe some sort of guru or something..

The transactional world !!!!
We should look at the violence in this transactional world... If one of us were God, we would never created such a transactional world to experience it and then get all these karma and rebirth applied !!!
I m not questioning vedas.. but the interpretation.. Every interpretation has some belief and we tend to always stick to that... I respect swamiji.. but I also heard him talking about Jayatheertha from Dwaita too.. 😊
Now we are so educated that we can have healthy debate with opponents to understand other view too....
We shld not conclude Adwaita just from the comments from ISKON 😅. There are many Dwaita schools with amazing explanations on karma bhakti and all..
But I m not saying Dwaita is correct.. Both interpretations have some basic unanswered question or answered in illogical way... With current technologies, there should be healthy discussion from both sides ...

I was never was never able to understand that Aatman is the basis of all the apparent reality which I studied in Upnishadas but today, the way you explained it, like, without the real desert mirage can't form, without the real rope we can not perceive the snake. It kind of opened my eyes today. I feel like I successfully understood a tiny fraction of endless, I understood a bit of the immense irrational.

Absolutely marvellous. This short clip has removed my doubts about the problem of evil that exists in this world, despite the principles of Advait Vedanta. Law of Karma is applicable at the level of Transactional reality which Swamiji has explained beautifully with examples.Please accept my gratitude for this.

Swami ji simply explained the core of Advaita vedanta, karma, absolute reality with a great clarity, we are blessed to have u swami ji.

Even though Advaita is the ultimate truth, 99.99% humans cannot remain in pure Advaita state of mind. So laws of karma and laws of physical world are very much applicable to them.

The Jagat seems to emanate from pure consciousness and dissolve into it. This may happen in endless cycles.

It is very doubtful if anyone can escape this cycle of births and deaths. But yes. Contemplating Advaitic thought can make us less greedy and better human beings. So we may reduce the karmic baggage. Moral and dharmic life with devotion can also reduce karmic baggage.
