It was a great message until you said for people to sell their house and get something smaller and pay rent instead.. that’s a big no. If you already own your house you made it and if you go and sell it and then rent someone else’s house you’re going broke while the owner is getting rich. Dumb. If you own a home it’s best to rent it out so that way someone is paying you to live there while you stuff your pockets🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Stating the obvious, people buy things and go on vacations, but live paycheck to paycheck to have these things and have there weekends and then come back home to car that needs a new alternator for 700 dollars, but guess who spent all there money on temporary highs...I call these people adult children.

Besides the finance of a vehicle I personally have always bought clothes from value village you can find clothes expensive brand name clothes surprisingly if you look for them I found 200 dollar clothes shirts and other things there for $10

I agree the reality is at a certain point I could have had 2 really good used cars and I financed a vehicle instead that drained 700 per month for the vehicle or 380 biweekly I understand more than ever it's really this thing about having such a useless thing buying is always better get a $20000 dollar vehicle if you really want to just make sure you have 200000 in the bank first I can see how that would make more sense

Besides the 1% that have so much money , if everyone in the middle class level ( approximately 1.8 billion people ) decides tomorrow to stop wasting money, stop using their credit cards and only start paying off their debts and also live within what they make as a salary and respect their budget, don’t you think a lot of people will lose there jobs. We made this world of asking for so much and if suddenly everyone in the middle class decides to stop spending the way we do, it will destroy the economy right or wrong? Or will it destroy the system of making the rich richer?
