Software Developers have more money than Network Engineers in general.
Try to be a developer first, if your brain can't handle it then I guess go with networks then.
Thanks for the carrot chuck! ;)
ОтветитьHey man, not sure if this will get seen but I wanted some advice from anyone who can help, I’ve been a desktop/helpdesk technician for 2 years and I am currently studying for my CCNA, I often have doubt on whether it’s something I am capable of doing, would you be able to give me an idea on what sort of challenges I would face in the role of a network engineer?
ОтветитьWhy is it people are weird about how much they make? Just say the number. I get it that it'll be different. I just want to know.
ОтветитьThanks man this heleped alot. Been struggling to get a cert and this gave me some motivation. I know moneys not everything but I'm 23, i know im young, but just tired of making minimum wage. I did some time in the army but thats only good for if I wanna go into security or be a cop. I'm just tired of struggling and having 85 percent of my paycheck go straight to bills. I have so much I wanna do and businesses I want to start but i cant do any of it making 10 an hour.
ОтветитьThank you for the advice i really believe in it cause i did the same thing, also do you know any slack or group chat or community for network engineers, sometimes i have some problems or i need advice or someone's help at work i was wondering if anyone knows community that gathering by great engineers
Ответить4 years later, do you feel the same way?
ОтветитьAll my friends and my family’s was shocked today when I open my new house and I bought a brand new car 🚘 into my new house 🏡 all the money I use in doing this came from Mr Aitor Lorenzo, he change my life for good in just 24 hours I’m grateful sir 💰❤️💯
ОтветитьI'm really good network engineer and my salary is $300 per month in Uzbekistan)))
Just in case if u are a network engineer and u thinking about to move to Uzbekistan, my advise to you: don't do it Uzbekistan is the worst place ever, for network engineers of course))
At 20, I was overworked and underpaid at 20k as a junior helpdesk. Had no time to study for certs cos I had too much responsibility, but I was afraid of the hassle of searching for a job . At 23 I quit and marketed myself for a job that respects my ambitions to get my CCNA and subsequently Security+ as well as paying me 45k on the helpdesk
Ответить90k an year and a hot babe lining up to talk to me... Sign me up!!
ОтветитьCan Network Engineers make $200,000
ОтветитьAppreciate ur content!
ОтветитьThank you for the motivation !!!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing all those experiences!!!
How much did you have to pay for courses and certificates and did you study at university or on which route did you get into the network game?
Cheers ☕️
I'm late heh very late into this I won't waste time explaining why I'm do far behind but at this moment I'm studying into this field a want to Excell
ОтветитьSkills=raise
ОтветитьAny network engineers in the Los Angeles area that wouldn’t mind sharing what they make. It would be greatly appreciated!
ОтветитьI’m going for my CCNP SECURITY
ОтветитьJust started my CCNA, crazy to think I could increase my income so much within just a few years.
Ответитьi hate these types of videos.... you literally dont answer the question. "oh i made this much a few years ago"....tf is that dude
Ответить$100k + pretty easy (East Coast)
ОтветитьMakes me sick how much network engineers get paid in the US compared to the UK
ОтветитьThis really puts the contrast between the potentials in salaries between developed and developing countries into perspective. In south east asian countries (a particular one there), the salaries range from $4,800 to $9,600 annually for new graduates or even for professionals that already have decades of experience at what they do. People with graduate degrees and doctorate degrees, or those that have had generally more luck in their careers would be GRATEFUL for their lives with $16,800 to $28,800 of annual salary. I'd say the rest are the outliers.
Meanwhile, this guy, and I reckon the majority of professionals in developed countries, managed to reap in numbers of $45,000 right off the bat. Later, 55k, 90k, and 100k (which isn't even the end of the line according to this video).
I can't comment about job opportunities for Network Engineers in the US, but here in the UK it is an absolute joke, apparently there is a skills shortage, plenty of training companies but finding a job is a joke. If there is work they want the world, I have seen jobs wanting CCNP and offering £25000, others wanting CCNA £18000 to £20000 no wonder there is a shortage that is minimum wage for a skilled worker. On the other hand I could go drive trucks for £36000 to £45000 a year.
ОтветитьCan you be a network engineer with a Bach in Tech Management and a CCNA cert?
ОтветитьIm 26 jobless no degree no certs and no savings im at the breaking point of my life of why have i put myself in this situation. My wife supports me its embarrassing i spent all my saving to buy the cisco exam course and exam voucher. Its been day 3 since i have started my learning im at network devices and components as of now section 1.3 of the course so far i understand it and studying all day from the moment i wake up im just on the computer rewatching videos and reading so it can stick in my head and memorize it all. I just downloaded packet tracer to get my feet wet into the stuff im going to be doing. I hope in the end i end up passing this exam to get a job and career. Watching your videos chuck is helping me stay motivated in this dire situation.
ОтветитьIs there any point for an embedded EE to get a CCNA?
ОтветитьI was looking at Chuck's linkedin profile. The man has like a gazzillion network certs...
ОтветитьI should've gotten my A+ years ago. Won't be wasting anymore time though, going to get the A+ this year and hopefully the Network+ in the near future. Appreciate your insight in this vid.
Ответитьthanks
ОтветитьFucking motivational
ОтветитьWhatever the national average is, subtract 30k from that if you live in FL
Ответитьat 55k you were making too little, i made that in iowa as help desk
ОтветитьI’m getting into the game late, but I want to be able to support my wife and not have to worry about where the next mortgage payment is coming from again.

ОтветитьWhat is your studies and industry experience help you to became who you are now🙂
Ответить100k is not much now days in big tech. 150k is more realistic for senior engineers.
Ответитьthere is something with you which I don't know what it is but literally every single time I click on your videos I get motivated for whatever I'm planning to do... big thanks to U man
ОтветитьI’m close to my A/S degree in network administration .. realizing I should be working in network already when ur brother become a network admin with only a ccna which I can likely get too..
I’m 27 single .. my life depends on this very thread some days I can’t understand it all , but some days I realize you have to take it day by day
right now, i can safley say hes making 200-250k+
ОтветитьAnd in the UK they make £24,000 out of uni. Yayyyyy.
ОтветитьYou can actually text @camp_hacktools on IG to help you hack into your lover's acct he can unlock he's tested and trusted 🤝🤝
ОтветитьSame here, change jobs like underwear, specifically if you know the market you are in has fewer candidates
ОтветитьGot to say that chuck has inspired me and ignited my love for networking and I'm going down the road that he started all those years ago
ОтветитьI just want a job that will pay atleast pay 70k a year when you take all the taxes and junk out
ОтветитьI really think some people are interested in more than money.
ОтветитьI am an ic3 student i want to do network course but it is very hard for me to cuz of where I'm living
