I love it ! Love your videos !
ОтветитьI like a lot of your videos but this video seems exclusive to people without children which is not realistic to those of us who have kids and have to get them ready and rush out the door. Just fyi. You could have mentioned...if you have kids, a friend of mine does this etc to be realistic to more of us. When I had no children my morning routine was: wake up, meditate, take a quick run, push ups, eat a healthy breakfast. Now it's...I'm lucky if I can get the kids to school on time routine.
ОтветитьSAVERS!
ОтветитьGreetings! Mr. Chandler Bolt,
Thank you for this (and your other) content-rich videos! We're just noticing on this video your computer station setup in the background. We LOVE how you placed the elevated laptop in the middle with the two large flat screens angled down. We're wondering if you would please share your office resources (i.e. brands/where to purchase) re: how to set up a home computer station like yours. But if you already did a video on this subject, please relay the link here. Thank you kindly in advance! Keep up the excellent work! :)
I love how specific you are about your morning routine, it paints a very clear and unambiguous picture that anyone can follow. These are the daily habits of a champion and I appreciate you sharing it with us!
ОтветитьThanks for this! I'm a recent convert to the morning routine game, and I agree with Chandler - so much more gets accomplished before 8am this way! I found a company called Habit Nest that makes a journal specifically for creating the habit of a morning routine, and that helped me tremendously. Also - I'm a big fan of the 10% Happier app with Dan Harris. It's not inexpensive, but the breadth and depth of the teachings, meditations, and accompanying videos have provided me hours of guided meditations that I actually enjoy.
Ответитьthank you so much my brother
ОтветитьI just did your webinar. I didn’t do the call, but now that I know you are fellow MM’R I totally think it’s legit! Love this!
ОтветитьI feel the energy builllllding! 😀 Routine invites commitment & productivity= SUCCESS! 👍🏻✨
ОтветитьTerrific!
ОтветитьSince having kids and working full time I have already been getting up earlier to have “mom time”. I will try to start doing some of this to see how it changes my week. Thanks!
ОтветитьThis helped SO much. I’m a distracted creative creature- I make great lists, buy fabulous calendars and make schedules and to do lists in priorities ...BUT I have ZERO morning plan in reality, despite how my calendar dictates. In Analyzing my destroyers, I find that I spend time checking and answering email and texts and Facebook- which leads me to order online and an hour and a half later I have done NOTHING on my pretty scheduled morning routine. Limits, boundaries for this, and actually doing the same things before I touch my phone or tablet...and doing the healthy positive things I TRULY want to do- duh🙄- sounds so easy and great! I’m motivated by the simplicity. Thank you!
ОтветитьJust watched--Thank you!!
ОтветитьMy morning routine starts at 10:30 am. But it’s still very effective because I work better during the afternoon an evening I’m retired and my “work” is preparing to teach the adults at my church Sunday morning, or sewing a quilt or painting a picture with water colors or writing a sermon or a book about a biblical verse or story. I also go to my friends home to cut their hair or clip their toe nails because they are not able to do it themselves. I counsel those that ask vvfor my help and pray for them before I leave. My evening routine is reading the Bible and praying before going to sleep. Without discipline you can’t be effective and productive. It’s hard to work at home because you can be distracted and and loose concentration.
My affirmations are in the Bible and each morning I do a devotional and I make positive affirmations as to my place in this world as the servant of God but also the apple of His eye and His daughter, holy person, follower and worshiper of Jesus.
I absolutely love your morning routine, I’m a morning person too but first this I di is go to my email, I think I’ll give yours a try. Meditation is a must, I cut back a lot but you’ve motivated me into starting again. Thank you
ОтветитьI'm not a morning person, never have been. (I'm pretty good from about 10 am to 10 pm 😬) It is excruciatingly hard for me to get up before 8, but I know that I would get a lot more done if I did. Thank you for this video. I didn't feel any judging or shaming, just encouragement, which is HUGE! I'm going to start setting that alarm and move it up little by little, and find some affirmations that I can say to myself every morning that don't just make me laugh 😜. Also working on the office setup from another one of your videos...thanks for that, too!
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьLove those cold showers 😁😂
ОтветитьThank you for this! Great suggestions. I have to try the bulletproof coffee.
ОтветитьGreat stuff
ОтветитьHaving a consistent waking up time isn't very appealing to teenagers who go to school. I mean we don't get SO MUCH work that we could get something done every morning by waking up at seven or whenever in the holidays 😅 so do you thing it's wise to make holidays an exception?
ОтветитьThis was a really helpful video. Some things I already do daily. However, I need to be more structured in my morning routine. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьLove my Miracle Morning practice and I adjust my routine of S.A.V.E.R.S. too. I don't mess around with meditation on my own. I love to follow a body scan where I tighten n release muscles. I get up at 4AM for mine. The thing I enjoy is that sometimes I go back to bed for a bit. I find that getting up early enough for that option takes the sting out of it. I don't always use it, but, I can. The Miracle Morning for Couples just launched btw....for anyone who wants to check it out. :)
ОтветитьMy morning routine is to get ambient ready for the afternoon work.
ОтветитьI need to set a morning routine
ОтветитьOh... I never thought I could plan so much in the morning...
ОтветитьI'm no a morning person so this truly blessed me and empowered me to execute forward... though i like you said apply it best suit me but great info...bulet coffee must do for me!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing these helpful tips! A good idea for meditating: on the Word of God The Bible 🙌🏽☀️
ОтветитьThanks so much for sharing your morning routine!
ОтветитьI'm not a morning person, but I found this very helpful!
Ответитьwow this goes along with habit stacking
Ответить♥️👍
ОтветитьThis is something I’ve wanted to get better at for years
ОтветитьMiracle Morning for Writers is a great book!
ОтветитьGreat tips!
ОтветитьSome good ideas I'll have to try.
ОтветитьI'll have to try it out
ОтветитьI liked hearing Chandler's specific morning steps. Very practical tips and suggestions.
ОтветитьAltho' I have a basic morning routine, this was helpful to see someone else's routine. Important to me was that the routine is fluid, not a ridgid schedule. Great!
ОтветитьI’m gonna implement this
ОтветитьSticking to a schedule is a must
ОтветитьGreat content! I love how you tie everything together! Very intelligent!
ОтветитьHUHUHUHU Sometimes im so lazy at morning :(
ОтветитьCreating a routine is so useful for me. I may incorporate some of these points.
Ответитьhappy holidays!
ОтветитьThank you for your video. I do faith based worship, meditation of the Bible to start the day. I doctor up my coffee also! You are very inspiring, and a very organized person. Keep up the good work of inspiring others to live their best life today!
ОтветитьLike the idea of incrementally getting up earlier and getting enough sleep, and making the routine non-negotiable.
ОтветитьI definitely need to change my morning routine
