Ответитьvery new to doing mobility exercises as i put my workout routine back together after a long long break and catch my delight when i'm not only able to match julia's pace but i was able to do most level 2 moves. i love accessible fitness like this so much! it feels good and it's so motivating

ОтветитьWow Julia! Again you impress me. I love this video. It’s short and sweet but was a perfect length to squeeze in a nightly mobility. This can easily be used as a warmup. Tonight I went at a slower pace and used for a more relaxing nighttime mobility. I found it very soothing. I will be trying this with Julia’s pace in the video as a morning mobility on a rest day or pre workout.

ОтветитьDefinitely appreciate modifications - it helps a ton, especially with shoulder injury issues. Also love dynamic movements vs static stretches - it’s so hard to find a decent warm up. And I love that you haven’t overcomplicated the moves - sometimes less is more and I think you’ve found the sweet spot in this.

Ответитьit's been hella cold where i live lately, so i arrive at the gym completely freezing and just warming up on the cardio machines doest do it for me anymore. im gonna add this in before my weight trainning and see how it goes
