Im 43 years old and when I was young I went clubbing all the time. I remember when I was in my 20s I was in this club and saw this girl in a kangoo hat just work the room like a real Bad B*tch! Nothing dirty and nasty moves just smooth and graceful! In some heels 👠 like she didn’t care who looking she worked the room! I can never forget her and this women reminds me of that girl.

No matter if you look good or bad, just make sure the dance moves let you have fun! Are you gonna be on your deathbed grateful you judged yourself ruthlessly and never danced the night away??? No! You’re gonna wish your dork face had fun!

I'm Caucasian and I'm realizing the reason I never had "rhythm" is because I wasn't emersed with music growing up. I've noticed a lot of African, black, even Latin communities are fully emersed in music from a very early age. So, to me it makes sense why a lot of my fellow Caucasians might not have rhythm unless exposed to it. I've made it a point to learn dances like this and just feel the music and let it take over my body, and man, i'm telling you, i've improved so much! Thanks for the video! <3
