you've made several awesome videos for things i use like Ableton and Neural DSP--- I can't tell you how awesome that is. Could you make a video using BOTH ableton LIve AND Neural DSP for say looping where you're controlling both at the same time (Neural DSP & Ableton)?

Can I add 2 expression pedals and Map them out the same way, any changes need to be made?

As far as I'm concerned, the biggest problem is changing presets in plugins. I mean changins are not smooth as processors or fx loop controlled setups. For example, If you change a delay and reverb added-preset to hi gain rhythm preset all ambience stops immediately in plugins :/ So i had to buy a processor for live using.

For using the automation in Logic do you still need to configure both an audio track and a midi track? If yes, how to bypass the limitation on be forced to record the track with fx printed instead of a clean one? thank you, I am deciding which pedal to buy and this is essential coming from guitar rig and rig kontrol that was perfect and unfortunately no more supported by native and apple m1

Any idea of how to assign the tap tempo function in the Morning Star editor? I'm having a hard time making it work for some reason.

Hi, what if I have an issue with Archetype Gojira that I have small delay between switching presets(half of second or less +-). So it's kinda bad for playing live performance with my brand new POD GO WIRELESS from LINE 6 and I'm using it as foot switcher. I can't find answer anywhere do you have any suggestions or fixes?

I’m in the process of getting my first midi foot controller and one of my friend told me about your brand. My only concern is would this product work with other plugins more specifically the stl tone Amphub if i want to lets says map pc1 thru pc8 for amp switching ? Thank you guys!

If I wanted to control both wah and volume within the plugin using the same expression pedal, can this be easily switched on the fly? Is there something like an ability to tap a footswitch to maybe cycle the CC number of the expression pedal so it can at different times be wah vs. volume pedal? I'm trying to avoid having to get 2 expression pedals for this and assign them separate CC numbers. Thanks!

Can I do a setup that switches between multiple different Neural DSP Plugin presets? For example I would like to use a preset in the Rabea Massad plugin and then Nolly plugin.

Sounds easy... but it's not. I need help. Picked up an MC6pro and all I want to do is play my neural dsp presets via the midi controller. Oooff :(

Hmm doesnt really work at all. As good as Logic is, it does MIDI like crap...If at any time I get something to move with my expression pedal, all that hard work setting it up is gone the next day. All the parameters are still there, yet it just wont work any more. The MIDI Learn function does its thing in Logic....but nothing happens when it gets learned. Its dog shit

Unfortunately I couldn’t get this to work in MainStage ( I find most Apple programs very counterintuitive) even thought the controller was recognised I couldn’t get the plugin to react.
However I use the standalone version ( of Petrucci) and use the loopback facility of the Focusrite interface to channel the Petrucci output to a MainStage channel , rather than use the Petrucci plugin.
I just use MainStage as a live mixer ( in edit mode) and it works really well ( and was free with the MacBook) and it also has my Toontrack drum kit on a channel.  
If I changes patches in Petrucci ( I used to save the patch with an effect activated and then have a seperate patch without or with a different effect ) there is a slight gap in the sound ,but by changing the fx only it is instantaneous.
I use an Airstep to change GTR patches and Fx.

how do i put the amp in petrucci? i still dont get how to do it. so first i rename the slots using morningstar editor then after that do i need to have a logic pro? i tried opening the peteucci and went to midi mappings but i dont know how to add the main amp petrucci and how to add the other amps thats been programed already.😢

You made a very promising beginner tutorial, but then showed only half of the basic settings needed for it to work at all?
Apart from the info which MIDI Channel should we use, you completely skipped the corresponding Morningstar Editor settings and commands?
This is supposed to be a tutorial for someone who never used MIDI on NDSP before, right?
My head hurts, and if I get your usual response "Please email us your questions." my head will still continue to hurt regardless.
All I needed was to assign 6 buttons and a Toggle Page function. This should be done in 10 minutes max, but here I am sitting with it for 2 days.

I really like your MIDI controller, but this is just a MUHAHA \m/

I have an interesting question. Does Neural DSP with the MIDI foot switch have seamless transitions?

Its too complicated. Too many things to do. Its not enjoyable.

Is there any way that the controller becomes a plug in play item? This needs to be improved, the controller is too expensive and yet too complicated to set up and use. You cannot expect all users to be memorizing those set ups especially during live gigs. Its non friendly to users. Main point is I am a guitar player and I am not a tech geek! So for the manufacturers, please find a way to improve this technology and make it a plug in play device to any guitar plugins. Use AI if you need to. Program an AI to solve all the programming stuffs. 😅😂

Is there a way to allow for delay trails and reverbs to 'spill over' when changing presets? This is so that the change between presets with time based effects isn't obvious

Thought I could use MC8 with Amplitube and it does work for most things. But cannot figure a way to turn expression pedal on/off. Even using the "Toe down" method described here for a different plugin product. I've opened a ticket and got referred back to this video that I have already watched. I get that MS doesn't want to do a video dedicated to each and every plugin product. I get that MS thinks if they do it for one, people can figure it out for other products and I'm sure MS is probably right about that, judging from all the praise the product gets in most of the comments to this video. Amplitube is a big product line though, and it is not obvious (at least to me) that the mapping shown for this product is in anyway similar to amplitube. Very frustrating Just wish MS would have labeled the product as requiring expert level coding skills in MIDI to use the product effectively. I give up.

NOTE TO ABLETON USERS: For MIDI controlling Neural DSP plugins within Ableton. You will need to use Note messages with positive note velocities instead of CC messages. That is the only way Neural's plugins respond to Ableton MIDI right now.
