ОтветитьHow would you best advise modifying your workouts Anna for knee injuries like cartilage damage, ligament tears etc. where the initial injury has healed, but there is a weakness? Its very difficult for me to do jumping movements but most all of squats and lunges are often aggravating. Ive ended up following your videos but swopping squats for deadlifts or static lunges. It would be great to see some hiit routines specifically for knee injuries please
