THREE Police Vehicles, FIVE Constables, ALL payed for by the PUBLIC for ONE man with a CAMERA. They CLEARLY KNOW who he is and what he does so WHY did the first Constable on the scene NOT CANCEL the others. The two MORONIC CRETINS who arrived first CONTINUALLY referred to the fact that the man 1) HAD HIS FACE COVERED and 2) WAS WEARING DARK CLOTHING. WHERE is the CRIME/CRIMINAL ACTIVITY in EITHER/BOTH of these facts? There is NONE. What the first Constables on the scene SHOULD HAVE DONE was speak to the person reporting the matter to the Police and establish if ANY CRIME had been committed. If NOT then they should gave advised the caller of this fact and then left.

I note that NONE of the FIVE Constables adhered to their policies and IDENTIFIED THEMSELVES when engaging with a MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC . I do not know if they were recording with their bodywork cameras but if they were then again, as per their policies, they FAILED to inform the MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC.
