QR Code Generation - Android Application using ZXing Library

Sir I have one doubt we generated a qr code if we add another message then qr code will add the message or it can update it

how to save data generate to database ? pls help me

does some1 have experience in printing the generated QR code with the PrintHelper class provided by Android?
When it prints the code, it's printed way to big, about 15-20cm width and height. I want this to be about 4 cm
