Fix - 2 missing PHP extensions check error in Magento 2 installation

Thanks for tutorial... my code little different then yours..
;extension=intl
;extension=xsl

I removed both semicolon so extension=xsl is ok but extension-intl is still missing.
Could you please help me find what is wrong?

copy icu*.* to apache/bin
but still missing intl.
