How do you get to the print head in the 8250 ?

This is BS. HP refuses to sell me a replacement printhead, so this video serves no actual purpose.

How do I reolace the printhead on my officejet 7610? It's saying "printhead missing or not working/Ink system has a problem. I've done all the steps. Went faulty when I replaced the ink with Genuine HP cartridges. Now I cant use the printer as it's just bricked itself and I'm stuck on the error screen.

Is this available for the 8025 series?

And have a rag to catch any ink that has leaked out after u pull it from the cradle but if it does happen soapy rag cleans it rite up
