ОтветитьUsed my 10 lb dumbbells fine bicep and tricep but when it comes to the shoulders and flys I think I will switch to 5 lbs I can’t get horizontal and work my way back to 10 …. Great workout

ОтветитьThis is goooooood I love that there's no screaming or intense music. I want to be challenged in a few minutes with my weights and this is exactly what I was looking for! The exercises are simple, but effective. I love that the way each round combines two moves into one - I'm the kind of person who would get bored doing even 45 seconds of the same move! Just enough variety to keep my brain busy, super effective and challenging while still being accessible for beginners, and the 45 seconds on/15 seconds off structure is perfect! You won me over with this one for real <3

Day 1: So my arms are REALLY weak, thats why it's my goal to get into strength training. This video is a great start because it is not difficult, but also not underwhelming!
