Currency Quickie: 3 to 1 Uniques & Tainted 6 Links

Becoming rich in this game is simply preying upon the weak. I abuse the fact that I am better and more knowledgeable to make more currency than any player in the entire game can earn by playing (farming). Trading, flipping and crafting is more than 10 times better than the best farming strategies in the game. Farming is obsolete as a currency making strategy. Play what you like but earn currency in smart ways instead.

I recommend to learn a few different crafts for popular builds and see what earns you divines. Just follow a crafting guide like you usually do for the most popular build and instead of playing it. Sell it all. See which one earns a divine per pop. Now make 20. Let bots farm the raw divines and chaos. It's a waste of your time to farm anything but the first step into actual trading on the market. It is completely futile to spent 50-100h farming a mageblood. Farm for 10h and start trading/crafting instead every league. Dont waste your time, it is literally money irl and in this game.

Another massive tip is dont craft with a specific result in mind - instead when you get a solid outcome just sell it and try again. This is and EXTREME different in economic turnout compared to smashing head against wall with just a specific outcome in mind and not considering what selling the "failed" projects could have given you. This is very important.

Damn I would've saved a ton of money when I played my first league. I remember I got an atziri's splendour with +2 levels of duration gems and then tried to craft it with the crafting bench so I had to farm like crazy to buy 1500 vaal orbs and fusings lol, spent like 10 divines haha

Agree that this is cheap way to get 6L, I'm using it mostly on good double corrupt items.
Don't forget that you can run into a bad streak with this, and you'll need alot of vaal orbs, which is around 1:1c, early in the league even 1.5 or 2c, and 2 fuses is quite lucky, as from my sample I usually hit it in 4-5

hi i only got two of this tainted fusing in my stash.Will it still work the same in ruthless mode because the thing is pretty rare.

i find this cheat information very usefull, but im curious about that build cause i saw a reave + assailum + frosblades??

So u said the vassal beast craft save corrupt an item what does that mean? Can i prior 6-link with correct colors before i corrupt it? Not sure if i hit my 3 off colors with tainted chromatic :S

ngl i hate this. I hate that the best way to earn currency often boils down to this market watch shit. I've gotta have a macro or plugin to see what everything is worth and 2 tabs open with the trade site and poe ninja so i can see currency values. Its an rpg not a market sim. why can't the best way to get currency be playing the game. the only point where playing the game seems to be the best way to get currency is when you are already established and are juicing maps and have an insane speedclear character. at which point your progression and character is probably done.

oof.. ive been playing since 2013.. didnt play 3.19 and only lil bit ruthless in 3.20.. I didnt even know about that.. crazy.. sooo damn easy

Just to make a thing clear. Yes. Everybody has the change to become rich. But not everyone can be rich. For a successful economy you need a small group who earns alot, a big group who consumes alot but isnt pasrticular rich and a poor group.
If everyone would be rich then we would have an inflation.

As a new player, how do I know which uniques or stats are valuable for selling?
I find that overwhelming and I kinda want to start playing ssf or ruthless, so that every drop is special

You also need a shitton of luck. I've tried to 6-link a chest this league with this method and burned 25 (!!!) tainted orb of fusing until I hit it.

easiest currency in the game is setting a notification when a Mathil build video drops. Immediately buy any rare-but-affordable uniques for that build, wait a week, profit ;)

Dislike this strategy bring lesser double corrupt items in this game

I prefer to double corrupt decent rolls and the 6link and profit

The point is if it will sell. Even the hottest items won't sell due to too many suppliers. Cold hard currency drops is the key not this short-term bull crap.

Do ppl really pay attention if their armours have well rolled base values these days or very few pay attention to that

The specific craft is not as important as the principle for creating an item that can sell for a profit. Thanks for showing us! There are tons of little "side hustles" where you can make easy currency in small volume in poe, I like to keep a list of these, and just check the marketplace for deals going down the list of specific things

Love the info , what i don`t love is that the prices of 1% domes are now 60c minimum. So people learned something but cannot apply to be profitable.
