OMG, I do still remember that my number 1 highlight of the First Semi-Final of ESC 2021 held in my country (The Netherlands) is of course, our southern neighbors from Belgium FINALLY breaking their two-year non-qualification streak with Hooverphonic and "The Wrong Place"!

Хочется дать совет иностранцам, чтобы когда они готовили номера, то делали бы такие номера, где были бы знатные эмоции, которые бы пробивали на слезы или на радость, что даже человеку, который не понимает ваш язык, мог бы понять песню. В 2021 году многие эти эмоции показали и так же песни были слажены. Некоторые просто выходят со своим выступлением и оно не интересно, скучновато. Даже Чехия в 2021, хоть и не вошла в финал, но трек классный, слаженный танцевальный, очень приятно смотреть. А какая то Франция скучная, просто перемотала, что в 2021 году неинтересно, что в этом году скукота, монотонность.

I'm actually glad they didn't filter out the crowd audio as much. Imo it adds extra and necessary bass to the performances.

I've rewatched this show at least a dozen times and the guy screaming "Ukraine" the whole time they're announcing the finalists sends me every time 😂
