Zendesk Ticket Export into CSV

Hi there. when exporting to Google sheets, does it update data in real-time when integrated with Zendesk or you only schedule it?

Am I the only person that thinks if you have to use a 3rd party tool to obtain data from your ticketing software, then you probably have the wrong ticketing software.
