Filly Film Reviews: Strawberry Shortcake - Happily Ever After

Holy s**t you just unlocked a core memory of mine. That being said, this episode was not as good as I remember. It seems that Strawberry Shortcake had its fair share of the best and even some of their “berry” worst.

I think I know the real problem with the Rapunzel story here. Rainbow Sherbert thought she had to cut her hair short since it kept getting in her face when she sailed even though we didn't see any moments of that here. The problem is in her fairy tale, she saves her teacher by making a raft (And cutting her hair short to connect the pieces for it!) Basically she was told she didn't need to because the person in the story didn't, just kidding she did. At least the first story stuck with how listening can benefit you.

This guy managed to make the crumbling of my entire childhood entertaining somehow. I was looking for someone to set it to fire so I could finally move on.

I'm starting to understand why little boys believe that little girls have cooties.

Think about the alvin movie got that green and strawberry Shortcake movie (2006) was fuckin awful
I mean the alvin movie was hated too but at least it little decent
2. THE STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE SONGS ARE AWFUL But chipmunks movie has some bop to songs
I mean rock and roll version of Christmas don't be late ( The first chipmunks song) Was really good

3. So by the popularity of chipmunks regain DIC decided to canceled the series so yeah alvin and his brothers kill strawberry shortcake

It's a kids show what did you expect? 😑

Yeah....why do they never do the whole ‘you can have more than one best friend at once’ thing better and giving apologies 😅

I actually remember this episode from several years back. Man, this has not aged well 😓

About the designs, my favorites are 1991 and 2003. They are simple, colorful and cute! The 2006 is ok and same for the 2009. The current one is super lazy and not creative at all! I mean, this is a girl with pink hair who lives in a world where everyone likes desserts and fruits. She looks like a normal girl, where is the originality? The others got it right but not this one U-U


Wow the fairy is a jerk, just like Angel! Both complains for no reasons and are irrespectful; i'm proud to say that i don't like theses two :D Also, if they don't appologise and treat others nicely, theses kids will never have friends.

Since when Angel acted like a brat? She is supposed to be gentle and polite...well in the 2001 series and the others before. Here, this girl complains for nothing and i guess that she won't appologise for being mean with her friends. What a jerk!


The only good characters are the blue dog and the pink cat, they were quiet and cute compare to the kids X) I mean it!


Sooooooo...Strawberry told to her friends the story of Sleeping beauty but include them in it? Wow, it's not creative and useless! She could just explain to Angel what mistakes the girl did and make her realise it. Apparently, singing and telling stories was the right decision. Nope! It's a longer way to told to her friends what the problem is. Theses childrens are really dumb!

If the fairies wanted to give an invitation to someone with a giant bramble bush around her house, they should've given it themselves. They can fly over it.
