the specific install instructions on qubes says use DD not iso mode.

Can someone please explain rufus 3.6 2019. This is dated and the options are not the same. Also, no rufus tutorial shows what the advanced options are for. Currently, rufus 3.6 keeps wanting to call Kali Live. I don't want Kali Live. However, when it creates the files it creates it as if I wanted a live boot on the stick. But I want a bootable ISO. This is crazy frustrating. Any help out there?
