I have a 2020 A4 Prestige and my Bluetooth randomly stopped working. It says “Bluetooth function unavailable” and only lets me connect via phone charger. Audi meadowlands and Jack daniels weren’t able to help me. Any advice ? Also my navigation just puts me in the middle of the ocean and also doesn’t work.

Thank you so much! Only time will tell if a reboot fixes the problems I've had with the MMI since the car was new (2-1/2 years ago). Two dealerships haven't bothered to fix the display problems (always called operator error and dismissed). Thanks again.

Helps a bit but the 2021 MMI is awful in so many ways. CarPlay is the least of the problems. Tired of the black screens.

This looks helpful. It doesn’t work for me. I have a right hand drive car in the UK. It’s nine months old, and I have booked it in to Audi for investigation, but unfortunately there are no slots available for a month! About a week ago my MMI started playing up. It comes on for a couple of minutes and then shuts down and often reinitialises. I’ve tried rebooting by holding the volume down. After a short period the screen locks up and won’t take any more inputs. I’ve tried to do what you suggested but not getting any response. Because I have a right hand drive car, I’ve also tried touching with two fingers the top left-hand corner. Any ideas how I might get into this full reboot menu?
