Thank you very much. I have used wireless-2G interface as DHCP client and extended the internet to all other physical ports and wireless-5G interface too... Something like a network extender/repeater. I dont know but works for my requirement.
ОтветитьHonestly, you are the first person to properly explain each step, and most important, WHY you do what you do. Not everyone learns the same! Well done!
Ответитьhello, i followed the video, it seems like i get internet access on all 4 Ethernet ports. but when it comes to wlan1, my phone or any other device cannot connect to it wirelessly. i double checked all the information and I don't seem to be missing anything I don't know why its not working. any idea ?
ОтветитьSo grateful for this tutorial.
ОтветитьThank you very much for this amazing lesson🙏 i have a question: if i have two mikrotik in one network, how can i connecting these two microtik as one switch in my network? Thank you
ОтветитьI'm sorry sir, if my ether 1 is red what I should do to fix it?
ОтветитьName of this video is misleading. This in not an Access Point configuration, it is router with Wi-Fi. Access point is subdevice in LAN that provides WiFi access to LAN and if that LAN have access to internet it will provide it if configured so.
Ответитьvery good
ОтветитьThanks a lot may God continue to bless you
ОтветитьHello . one question .My access method at home is through lte modem and it doesn't have bridge capability that Mikrotik can connect. In addition, my internet is gnat type, which means the IP address that the site shows is different from the public address that the modem shows. My Mikrotik cloud service works, but because of NAT, I cannot connect to Mikrotik through the cloud and set up a VPN server with it. Is there a way to do this without a public IP through Cloud Mikrotik? Thanks.
ОтветитьI'm grateful
ОтветитьThank you very, very much. I have sorted my parents' problem of Wifi signal issues as well as Ethernet ports in their room.

ОтветитьI love your content however I am yet to see anyone with a solution for the constant disconnection of clients on a microtik based hotspot. it would be great to hear from you
ОтветитьThank you for the video, I found all your materials very consistent and informative. It would be really fantastic if you can elaborate a bit, what is the best way to lower the power sent over the antenas. Some says that it's the gain, some that tx power. I'm really puzzled, can you advise ? I'm sure some people are interested in lowering the power of the WiFi.
that would be a great help, cheers
which is the best mikrotik access point today ? I have MikroTik RB4011iGS+5HacQ2HnD-IN Router.
ОтветитьYour video on route summation is incorrect sir. I would have commented on the video, but you turned off the comments.
