How To Use Twitter - A Beginners Guide

So, when I reply to a tweet and a few hours later someone replies back to me I can't see what my original statement was. How do I see the thread?

Good video... but your tag line says "how to use...." interface, navigate the site, what all the icons mean, how to tweet and respond +++... interesting stuff in your video but not hoe to use.
