How to Change Language in GMAIL Account Settings

I was given an email by my company in Vietnam and the Google services in my computer are all in Vietnamese. I was always wondering why other websites get automatically translated but gmail wouldn't. This is a life-saver. Now I won't have to guess what I'm going to click.

im trying to change an entire gmail account from Thai to english But i cant read the thai on the settings to change it to english so to me it appears impossible to do
