The indexing appears to be broken. I start with x = torch.arange( 1., 10. ).reshape( 3, 3 ), and for some reason, x[ 1 ][ : ] and x[ : ][ 1 ] return EXACTLY the same thing, which they shouldn't .

can we proceed further with no gpu it does affect overall processing

Free Code Camp courses are better than paid courses. This one is next on my list. I studied neural networks 20 years ago and I struggled with it as I'm not naturally good with maths. But playing with pytorche i see how much more accessible this tech is now

requires_grad = True is simply needed to perform back propogation while computing neural network
