How to Contact Amazon Customer Service

My problem I am ordered 5 nos is not coming why customer care service no contact only music only

Hello, Second time I bought items from Amazon... They said they ship the items to Chile.

Fine, that should mean the duties and all were calculated in the invoice.. They track the package to Chile and it has arrived... Fine. All the following messages were that there was a problem with the carrier. Last package was "lost in the customs office. Total BS"

Why can't I get an answer on anything ? I am. New to this amazon buying things ! I need help? And I would like to find out why the items I ordered did not reach their destination? Is there a chance to get a tracking number placed on each package?

Considering that my problem is that my account is locked and I CAN NOT log in, I have to say this video is garbage.

Why does the driver NOT read the delivery instructions. Just had a $800 laptop delivered yesterday & placed on front porch, easy pickings for thevies, instead of driveway, as instructions state, more secure area. I have complained multiple times but seems not to work !!!!!!!

So i wanted to use amazon a couple of days ago and I downloaded it on my phone
Problem is i had forgotten my password cuz I didn’t use the account since ages… so i did the recovery option and I couldn’t recover it cuz they were supposed to send me a code in my old phone number which i dont have anymore

I found it impossible to find out what happened to a package that was listed as “handed to resident”. The bot only took it so far and the telephone operative was very polite and apologetic, but still kinda robotic. The refund was provided okay though.

When Covid-19 first began companies took full advantage of not sending products, fake products...etc. Sad thing about that is that Ebay and Amazon was not always willing to help. Amazon claims you are allowed to report missing or damaged products but when you do its a problem!! I have been helping others for years that are unable to help themselves so when I order a product for someone I expect to get it. Some was marked "delivered" and never was, some was an empty box, and half the items missing. Once I reported to Amazon they closed the account!! It was never about the refund it was about the missing item!!!! That account was for people that was unable to help themselves!!! Highly disappointed in Amazon!!!

amazon used the usps to replace a defective item. so i called usps who are said they couldn't get to my front door. at 9'40pm last night. house is on street with a porch and a mailbox. i'd say it's been stolen... they're using covid as the excuse...

Amazon hade developed new way to hide real person contact page, now it take more time to find a non robot to answer question
