Naw fuse is working because he adds that little extra delayed damage which is throwing the pros retreat and heal sense off.

Hopefully Fuse gets a rework bc his ult its kinda lame atm. Im thinking about some kind of a charge thing that as long as you keep charging his ult the circle gets thinnier. With this being a thing, you can control how much you want to expand your projectiles.
