Ich sehe zum ersten Mal ein Video von Ihnen und bin derart schockiert über die dünnen Beine.Ich Frage mich immer wieder,wie ein Mensch so dünn noch überlebesfähig ist,und die Organe noch das tun können,was Sie sollen? Und damit suggeriert man den Teenagern dass das alles gesund ist,was Sie da tun.Da können wir erkennen,wie trivial denkend unsere Jugend geworden ist.Sehr traurig,dass Sie damit so erfolgreich sind.Schade,dass Sie nicht ein gesünderes Gewicht haben.Alles Gute und gute Besserung.
These 20mins workouts 3 to 4 times a week with no junk or sugar should be enough to lose 5 to 10 kg in 3 months?

ОтветитьI just did this one without any additional break (I just cannot lower my legs as much as she due to scoliosis). --> But I looked like a mess afterwards and was breathing heavily, not like Pam who always looks like a queen hahah.
Half a year ago when I started training with Pam I had to stop after 30 sec high knees. I am also super proud that since 2 weeks I can do full push ups, which I struggled for a long time with. If I can do it, you can too!! Keep going and enjoy the process of achieving. I'm proud of everyone who is working out

okay ....so this workout was insane but i was able to do it without pausing ....and i was so surprised🤩...i have been doing different workouts since 2 years but pamela's are the best🥰
