Me too every night thank you
ОтветитьWatching this on Nov 2 2022 took off from work to go see my doctor
ОтветитьThey sure run into a lot of Monahan's.
ОтветитьOPENING MUSIC! ? : (
ОтветитьMe too I wish I could go back to that time
ОтветитьRalph Kramden was the Sam Bankman Fried of his time.
ОтветитьGet the bag, ha, ha,ha
ОтветитьYou just read in Esquire where the best dressed man always polishes his socks.
ОтветитьTV comedies are not made like this anymore not even on streaming.
Ответить----As we say in the sewer, time and tide wait for no man!
---Ralph: Eh heh.
Something tells Ralph ended up giving Norton 100% of the inheritance 🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьIn 1956, $20.00 is $168.00 today. Wow! That's a lot of money to borrow of Norton. How could he screw up that much money from driving a 🚍?
ОтветитьFortune knows his mom is gone. Animals know & grieve when their Loved one dies
ОтветитьCan it core a 🍎?
Ответить😊😊😊
Ответить"35% belongs to the stockholders!!!" 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Ответить"GET THE BAG!:" - Favorite line of this episode.
ОтветитьI tell ya this never gets old. RIP to the entire crew
ОтветитьDoes anyone know the name of the actress who played the maid in this episode?
ОтветитьRalph got hosed, he helped the woman get on n off the bus which is way more than what her last living relative did for her
ОтветитьYellow belly sapsucker shouldn't be 300000 miles from here, the moon is only 238900 away 😂
ОтветитьForty million dollars in 1955 is worth about $460 million today.
ОтветитьI think I would do a whole lot more than just comically faint if I ever find out that I’ve been duped!
ОтветитьHe never gives Ralph the address.
ОтветитьThis is over 65 years ago n still incredibly funny ..imagine the reaction of those watching it back in those much more innocent days .. absolutely hysterical
ОтветитьIt clearly aimed to be funny in a 'surprise ending' sort of way, wherein Ralph (as usual) thinks he is gonna strike it rich, only to strike out - period. While some of it works, it is basically too contrived to be a 'home run' comedically speaking. Two nagging questions remain: 1) Why would the woman word her will in such a way as to make it seem like she was giving away her monetary fortune to someone, without specifying that it was actually no more than a pet parrot? That part strains credibility. It's also unlikely that someone would name a pet that to begin with, but I guess people have done stranger things in regards to pets. 2) Who - or what - got the rest of the estate? Anyways, RIP to the entire cast and crew of The Honeymooners.
ОтветитьHaha😂,
"Time and tide
wait for no man!"
Greatest show of all time. Them away from the apartment is a real treat
ОтветитьWhy wasn’t the bird in any future episodes, or the dogs that were “over the limit”?
ОтветитьThat maid is basically housed and fed for the remainder of her life. That’s close to a $300k inheritance in 2024 dollars.
ОтветитьRALPH FAINTED! HOLY JESUS CHRIST! HOW FUNNY UNPARALLELED HILARIOUS! REQUIESCAT IN PACE TO THE CAST OF THE "HONEYMOONER'S" ❤🎉
ОтветитьI remember Wpix Channel 11 brooklyn New York 9pm. good old days .
ОтветитьSOME people are NEVER satisfied!
ОтветитьTHE BEST PiR IN COMEDY & CLASIC!!!
Ответить🎉
ОтветитьI love this episode. My only problem with it is that they never explained what happened to the $40,000,000 inheritance. If it didn't go to Ralph, who did it go to? The nephew only got $1 and the servants only got a few thousand dollars. Also, Ralph didn't have a bird in subsequent episodes.
ОтветитьThere is a reason why it's called classic t.v.
ОтветитьHow many of you knew that when you found out the bird's name was fortune. That's what Ralph Cramdom was gonna get. 😂😂😂
ОтветитьLeft her gambling nephew only 1 dollar
ОтветитьThe rest of the money will be buried with her I suppose 😂.
ОтветитьSo there was $40 million in the will. The butler got 50K, the maid got 25K, and the nephew got one dollar. Who got the remaining $39,94.999?
ОтветитьSo where did the rest of the 40 Million dollars go? They should have said the remaining estate would go to bird watchers of America.
Ответить❤
ОтветитьI don't wanna nitpik but $20 was a lot of money back.., Equivalent to$217 in today's money
ОтветитьMy favorite part is when Ralph Kramden assumes he's $40M richer from Mrs. Monahan's will, she leaves him her "Fortune", a pale and sick bird! He gets up in shock, stumbles around the table, and then collapses! Following that, Ed Norton questions about the fortune, and eventually, he does an identical thing that Kramden did, and he too, passes out, side by side, on the floor!!
ОтветитьNorten helps make the show
ОтветитьRut Ro
ОтветитьRalph Cramden is a horrible husband, husband husband, husband, is a horrible husband! 😢
ОтветитьI hope you pick a winner with it 😂🤣
