To everyone wondering This is before Arkham Knight and When Batman Woke up He actually found out he was turning into joker so when he captured the jokers and he had Tim working on them This is why Batman wants Tim and Nightwing and anyone close to Batman far away from him until he can find a cure

Jason Todd, (Arkham version) Has been brought through the whole asylum and has been very Brutally beaten in and all over the asylum, but the 3 places joker loved to torture the poor Robin, Was The sealed off room in the Arkham Mansion in the West wing;.........number 2: The Sealed off room in the Medical Facility in the basement Next to where batman and bane fought; number 3: by the criminal ward sign, if u find it in the asylum.
