I love to write numbers even thou I don't like math.😅 The thing I struggle its buying groceries. We're a family of 6 and I feel I overspend $$ I don't do like a weekly menu. Any suggestions how much it should be weekly budget??

40 now, and everything is paid for. Fortunately, I had a college economics teacher who taught me a lesson when I was 18 years old. That lesson was: you can't buy something else for every purchase you make. Having multiple sources of income is prudent, as is living within your means. I have a 13-year-old vehicle because it is all I need, I like it, and I can do whatever I want with it. My net worth is $4 million, and I can pay my bills without stress, but I don't live like I have that. I have no complaints.

Good for you Syd. Another fellow known as Caleb helps folks in their 20's budget and when he sees the mess they are in it is so heartbreaking. They have Student Loan Debts, Max Out Credit Cards, spend more than they make, want to keep up with the Joneses. For me I buy what I "Need" not what I "Want'. My only weakness is Dollar Type Stores or Amazon but I never spend if I don't have it

With this one income source, It's so important to get out of debt and stop being in the RED every month, constantly trying to figure out where XYZ is gonna come from to take care of ABC!!!
