Amazon FBA Returns and Recalls from the brand registry

Great video! Amazon has sent items back to me that most definitely were not the ones I sent or were co-mingled, even though I covered the bar codes extremely well in order to prevent commingling. Always keep the little papers they place in the return boxes in order to fight your case and hopefully get refunded. If you don't have that paper, they will not refund you. They sometimes ask you to send them photographs of the items you received so that they can compare them to your item photos and/or descriptions. You have enough items for it to be worthwhile to take the time to call them. I was shocked at the amount of items that I had to pay to remove from their warehouses during the Christmas season. They only let my item remain their for around 1 month before messaging me to remove them - ridiculous and extremely costly. They appear to only want the Ali Baba garbage from China.

I had it, lost it and they want me to supply paperwork from major manufacturers. (who don't return emails to resellers, funnily enough)

If you have scouify 2 app, you don't need to bookmark seller central on your phone. When you scan a barcode of the item (scouify 2 app), there is research button (lower bottom right). When you click "research" button, the window should pop up with 7 options, "amazon listing", "amazon prime", "camelcamelcamel", bookSccouter", "keepa", "ebay", "google", "amazon restictions" . Click amazon restriction (you have to login first) and it will take you to "add a product" page (just like desktop version) . Click "Listing Limitation apply" to see if you qualify or not. This is how I do it if I need to get automatic approval for the item. It saves lots of time b/c you don't have to insert UPC code

Amazon has a loophole with returns. As long as you initiate the return within 30 days it does not matter when you send it back. I tested this out recently. Found a bottle of soap in my trunk I had boxed up and labeled but forgot to drop at UPS. It was 3 months after the return deadline but i wasn’t going to use the soap anyway so I sent it in to see what would happen. Amazon refunded my money minus a 20% restock fee. The item was sold by Amazon not a reseller so YMMV but it’s a clear loophole to their policy.

I am approved to sell Hot Wheels and I have received the trademark misuse on a couple, do you know why this is happening?

Hmmm seems like Amazon is it's own worst enemy (to sellers).

Its quicker now to request approval through the app. It will take you to that catalog page for that specific item without having to type in the bar code.

It seems if you don't put toys, fragile items, etc in a wooden box or some other sturdy wrapping, they will destroy ur items.
