I already have PNPT certificate. If I want to buy only PCRP course can I do that?

What if we have to give the exam but can't afford it .I already have the WPE and LPE also PEH but can't afford the exam voucher also if we convert $ into indian currency it's too much!
And as students we(I) can't afford.
