GTX 1660 super vs GTX 980 Ti

Hey, I just want to know if the GTX 1660 Super is viable choice in 2021. I have a Ryzen 3 2200G and I am confused if I should wait for the RTX 3060 or go for the GTX 1660 Super now? I am not in a great hurry to buy the Cards. I will buy them after my exams finish in May. BY THE WAY in live in India so Everything is priced around $100 Higher.
