Is it possible to have my schedule updated with progress from Person A’s schedule. Can I import it the MPP or xml file from Person A to update my milestones on my schedule. This is to avoid purchasing licenses. Thank you

is it possible to link ms project into excel and that excel file is input into multiple excel file so when ever i update my ms project it automatically update all my excel files?
