Making these sandwiches is clear enough. However totally confused by Ultra peanut butter sandwich. How are you supposed to make use of Raid power normal 2 when you cant raid a den unless you take down picnic. How then do i get benefit of egg power and Raid power and item drop power.
Sure wish Nintendo still did walkthrough books like they used to explaining all this.

Thanks to you and this guide, I now have my most beloved Paradox Pokemon in its shiny gold and as you would say apricot color, Jewelith my new Slither Wing. The guide you had with the excluding pack spawns worked wonders as well. Sad news was Jewelith was my only shiny from that Fighting sandwich, even tried Great Tusk further in the crater when it was still active. Oh well.

Do they increase the exp given for defeating pokemon of the set type.

Or do they increase the exp receieved by pokemon of that type ?
