As a 14 year old who grew up with a 360, old games are better the 2d games peaked on the early 90s with the Super Nintendo and Genesis and PlayStation and 3d games were the best during the period between 2002-2010

I remember the one use I found for gforce now was that it was downloadable on our school chromebooks, which brought in class procrastination to a whole new level.

I still prefer physical movies and music. Music is an easy one for me. An entire CD costs like 10$, a month sub is about the same. Heres the thing though, buy 8 CDs a year( especially if they come with digital codes so you can still have those copies for the Gym etc) you have like 100+ songs. That extra four months you have with the streaming app...is just wasted. Now think about this for 5 years+. You have a massive music library and saved hundreds of dollars.

One mental exercise i like is thinking of a game i loved as a kid, removing all bias, think of the game as a game ive never heard of, then play it. Its a horrible experience every time. Devil nay cry plays great, but looks hortible. Resident evil 4 doesnt allow you to wwalk while aiming. Spyro characters look like muppets. It ruins your childhood but it allows me to better see the teasures and trash that is modern gaming.

No more physical media is going to fail, seeing this new Xbox has no disc slot. 70 gigs for 1 game is going to take up space so fast and the wait time to download. It will be better for them, no more pirating games because they own the other half on their servers. I sure aren't paying $75 for a cloud game that I can't even own the physical copy. Then when the game gets old, you can never play it ever again.
