How to convert CAD files into GIS format ( Shapefiles)

how about its coordinate system? mine doesn't have coordinates

How would I join the attributes to the entities if they are not polygons, but rather lines and points? They won't intersect and I fear that my annotations will not always be closest to the related feature.

Buen vídeo, he utilizado este método antes pero he visto que el exportar de DWG a SHP es mas rápido y con mayores opciones empleando AutoCAD MAP, en especial con los textos. Saludos
