Should we relax whole body before box breathing?
ОтветитьThanks! This heloed
ОтветитьThank you, I was having a panic attack, and this video helped thank you. I'm okay now ❤
ОтветитьWhen you inhale you inhale from your nose??
ОтветитьFor anyone struggling with anxiety, also look into progressive muscle relaxation! This helped me to unclench my muscles during panic attacks. :) Also, it might feel like you're dying during a panic attack, but as soon as you accept that it is happening and dare to look inside and focus on the different feelings, it passes quicker. Lots of love, a long-time anxiety-sufferer and psychology student.
ОтветитьThanks 🙏
ОтветитьMy problem is trying to visualize the box . But I’ll give it a try. Thanks for sharing this video 😊
ОтветитьI’m gonna be okay!!!!!
Ответитьthank you.
ОтветитьI prescribe it my patients who have anxiety related problems and it works almost all the time.
ОтветитьIs it ok to not pause in between inhale and exhale because I can't hold my breaths any longer than 2-3 seconds? Or this is just a sample and I'm doing like a text-book idiot?
ОтветитьMost important tips for our generation healthier and happier 🎉🥳🥳💯
ОтветитьAmazing video 🎉🎉
ОтветитьIs it breath in through the nose and breathe out through the mouth?
ОтветитьBrilliant technique
Unfortunately did not work for me,having cptsd/autism etc make it hard to focus. But congrats to those who had success. My mind's too restless
the exhalation is through the nose or mouth. They say different things
ОтветитьTotal Concentration Breathing...
ОтветитьThanks love it helps❤
ОтветитьTerrible description, bad directions, and simply unuseable for people with visual impairments. I was going to send this to a blind person and realized that your instructions don't really help somebody who can't see the exercise. The only advice you gave was to imagine a box and to hold your breath for five seconds to a blind person, you didn't say how long to inhale or how long to exhale or in which fashion to inhale or in which a fashion to exhale.
Ответить🫶🏾🙏🏾
Ответитьwhat does pause mean??
ОтветитьSo helpful, thank you
ОтветитьRemarkable work. I came across a book with similar subject matter that was a total eye-opener. "A Life Unplugged: Reclaiming Reality in a Digital Age" by Theodore Blaze

ОтветитьI have anxiety and depression at times. Depression is worse as you just want to kill yourself or lay in bed. With anxiety I can still go to the gym and go to work but i'm so tense and struggling to sleep. I suffer with anxiety but i'm sometimes thankful that its not depression (I've had 3 serious bouts of depression in my 30 years)
ОтветитьGod I pray that the person reading this heals, and that any struggles weather it’s mental, physical, or financial that they can survive and thrive under your glory AMEN
ОтветитьUgh I'm about to be on my first flight and am PANICKING hopefully this helps
Ответитьi recently got out of an abusive house
ОтветитьI find hormone changes right before menses or being cold but not knowing it is a trigger for me, but i also get triggered from being alienated and i know when i am cos people then get all hive minded like then turn and look at me in the same way as if i'm always doing something wrong, i really hate it. Especially if someone hurts me and i have trust issues already so ptsd over how many times i've been burnt by people and gone through so much abuse and bullying and still do. I don't know what peoples problem is these days it's like everything... can't say or do nothing around them big big personality disorders.
The imposter syndrome i start feeling is the worst too cos now i'm paranoid and apprehensive of everyone and i'm so restless, feeling that huge tonight now, so i'm gonna have to withdraw for a couple days cos it transfers onto everyone. I feel a bit better under my blanket but still so restless i need to settle down, it's not a quick settle down for me sadly but breathing definitely helps a bit.
