4. Review notes on a regular basis
5. Use excel spread sheet that showcases things to do
6. Markschemes
7. Goal setting-frame goals before due date

Do the IB grades you get consist of something like an oral grade, where your final grade mostly consists of your participation in class (raising your hand, saying as much as possible)?

do you have any time management tips? i feel like my friends have 25 hours in a day whereas I only have 12 (i am a student athlete so that might be some of it) but my friends just manage to get everything done on time and still have so much time to play video games and so much more. thank you in advance!

This is so helpful and motivating but also sensible. I love how you talk about the importance of sleep. I have this strategy since primary school that if I can choose between studying less but getting enough sleep and eating a nice breakfast versus sleeping for three hours and starting my day with an energy drink I always try really hard to choose the first option and let me tell you it pays off and most times I do the same if not better than my classmates that pulled and all nighter plus I'm well rested and I can gain as much as possible from the other classes that I have that day. Sacrificing your mental and physical health will lead you nowhere and that's why I think we should all try to avoid it as often as possible.
