any evidence that supports, if a patient has a left ventricle thrombosis, when the pump is removed, could that cause a stroke to occur?

I see 5 electrodes(7 Lead ECG) is used normally. Why not 12 lead ECG is used? Over specs, will cause interference with balloon/pressure sensing or something else?

The x-ray where you say it is in the correct position does not have the tip of the catheter anywhere close to the 2nd&3rd intercostal space so how is that correct?
