Definitely contact Ipsy regarding the missing item. I was also missing an item this month and they happily sent me a replacement. If for some reason, they don’t have the item in stock, they usually do a refund for what it would sell for in the shop, but either way, it’s worth contacting them!! I just go through the GlamBot: very easy for a missing item and customer service resolved my issue within 24 hours. Best of luck!! 🫶🏻

I used to get boxycharm, so I switched to ipsy when they merged. Never ever had an issue with boxycharm, but every "boxycharm" I got through ipsy had an issue. Missing items, even stuff I ordered in addition to the box. Wrong shades, etc. One month, I had one item missing, but they put in FIVE of the same eye primer. For deep skintones. I'm super white. Every time I contacted ipsy care, they said my items couldn't be replaced and gave me ipsy points instead. But the ipsy points didn't really equate to what I was missing. So yeah. I tried for three months, but decided to cancel after all that.

💯Agree with the conspiracy theory about the ND palettes! Every unboxing I saw had a broken palette, so I didn’t even attempt to buy it in add ons. It’s bad enough to get a broken product in a box, but I would have been seriously mad if I bought a broken one!!
Also, I’m wondering how long it will take for them to figure out that crumpled paper won’t protect the products!!

I had issues with trying to make my choices for July too! I really miss boxycharm!

My brown shade came broken in my Natasha denona palette for July’s box as well!

I got that fez palette in that exact condition, didn't receive that email tho but I emailed them myself and they sent me a 15$ Ipsy shop coupon😳

Hated it. I’m on my second box since the merge. I’m out so if anyone knows of a subscription that is more like the original boxy charm, let me know. I’ve never been impressed with Ipsy.

I agree they've probably bought them broken & sent them out to make ppl think they're getting an expensive item.

Try to put the highlighter before the powders, I even put the powder highlighter before the blush and after the bronzer/contour. By doing so, I control that contour and highlighter don’t mix whatsoever and is easier to place the blush. My 51 years old face really appreciate this, as I’m placing my bronzer/contouring higher than before, and if it mixes with the highlighter the grey cast is guaranteed.

I see your conspiracy theory and up you one. It's not the palettes, but the shadows that are overstock and/or lesser quality. Every one of the Ipsy and Boxy palettes have been a mishmash of previously released shades.

I just cancelled my BOXYCHARM subscription this month. I had Ipsy several years ago and it was just not for me. My BOXYCHARM started to feel like Ipsy so neither are for me now.😢

It seems like that particular pan is a problem in nearly every Natasha Denona palette they send for most people, like every color variation they have sent.

I feel like every one of my mini ND pallets are broken. I've gotten like 3 in my boxes.

I contacted customer care at IPSY and they are sending a replacement Natasha Denona eyeshadow palette (hopefully it is packaged well enough so it isn't broken). I would love to see how you use your pallet. The colors are interesting.

You’re not missing anything with the Reina Rebelde lipstick. It doesn’t go on very easily, but then it doesn’t really set either, it just bleeds and stains all over everything.

I think what they meant by refreshments takeover is that this month's glam bag was a refreshments style bag lol. Refreshments is another brand of ipsy that just restock your personal Carr products,like shave cream,razors,lotions and deodorant. Refreshments is basically just a personal care add on option.

Since boxy has went to Ipsy I have been having so many problems I have had two boxes this year I have not gotten i placed orders in mega shops I never got or got the wrong one Ipsy has gone down hill and they are taking boxy with them 😢

The bag they used for your base box was from 2 years ago! The only reason I know this is because I've been using it to hold miscellaneous stuff in my purse for the past two years, and I still have it. It really makes me wonder if Ipsy has a hard time with new ideas for bags or just have too much overstock

I cancelled mine last month because for two months in a row they “sold out” of the boxycharm box and i had a shipment tracking order that was inactive for weeks until i finally emailed them and they were like lol sorry we’re sold out.

I received the lip product you didn't get, so they will most likely be able to send you one. Regarding the Natasha Denona product, mine looked EXACTLY like yours, which means it was a production fail that they sold to Ipsy rather than toss the whole run. I find that sus.

I had a single eye shadow that arrived completely broken and they gave me a refund for the value of it on Shop Ipsy ($5.43).
