Ah, this hasn't lost any of its magic over the years! Saw T & S in North London in 1970-71 and purchased of this album soon after. The driving acoustic guitar that comes in after the piano intro is just fantastic. Still have my copy of this gem and it ain't for sale!

Truly an unusual band, even for that time.

The first Comus album was somewhat similar sounding.

I like this because, well, I don't really know why, but that's a good thing. Just when you think there's not much else left to discover, I stumbled across this. Went through the Danish prog rock 69 - 78ish era, scene, unearthing some really interesting stuff then stumble across this band full of 'madness' from my hometown of Birmingham in the UK. Looking forward to exploring more of their stuff.

On the inside cover the photograph is of one of the group conducting the Bridge family plus 2 others unknown to me. Taken on Field farm in Studley, Warwickshire. We have Louise, Norma, Damien, Veronica and Agnes. Agnes is the one top right and is my wife. The Bridge family knew the Langston family and James asked permission to do a photo shoot at Field farm for the album.
