I think the multiverse began in the end of time but it began in the present with wanda becoming scarlet witch causing chaos . Then kang could prune other timelines and the celestials create planets to prevent the fall of the universe into darkness since the universe is in a time loop

If a Celestial is big enough for their skull to be a planet size colony, wouldn't their backbone bone be fairly big as well? And with KnoWhere existing in this universe, shouldn't the rest of said Celestial's body be out there somewhere?
