So helpful.❤
ОтветитьHi, great info. Where in Pattaya is this minimalist unit?
ОтветитьI rather live a poor lifestyle in Thailand. Then a even poorer life in the west.
ОтветитьI think 🤔 your videos are incredible... Thanks!!!! Thanks!!!!!
ОтветитьLove it, that’s just my style!
Anyway, I can pick you up when I get to country and get the specifics on this place please?
It is a good price but I am concerned that the street at night does not seem to have much light there. Anyway Thanks for the video 👍🏻❤️🇹🇭🙏🏻😸
ОтветитьGood deal!
ОтветитьAny contact info for the low cost minimalist accomodations off boon cachana? I will be Thailand next month and would prefer to stay there. Thanks
ОтветитьHello sir I'm travel to Thailand next month. How can I contact this place to stay for month??
ОтветитьI'm interested in possibly renting one of their rooms if we can work it all out. Is there a good way to contact you for more information like the name of the place or the landlord and a phone number? Thanks! :)
ОтветитьI'm wondering what their mark-up rate for electricity is. Typically, landlords charge something, per kilowatt hour, added to the actual amount charged by the electric company. It sometimes amounts to a a lot. :)
Ответитьcan ex pats live in this place love to rent one from this place
ОтветитьTerrific deal.
Ответитьi might rent one for my mia noi
Ответитьyour awsome
ОтветитьI would talk to the owner into letting me put a mini split air conditioner and some good Internet, a smart TV and some furniture. A really good barbecue grill in the back a few kitchen items frig. This would be a fantastic place to live for a year or two!!!
I would love to have the unit on the far end where you only have one neighbor on one side of you!
Checking out your minimalist living is awesome and looks like the old-school motel room!
ОтветитьThat was actually a really nice place. Love the floor.
ОтветитьMy Dude! Watching your video just gave me an idea! It's because I play the trumpet and am tired of using a practice mute. When I return after my next gig, I want to get one of these "quiet" places where no one will care how loud I blow the trumpet. Wow! I'm really psyched!
ОтветитьI dont understand why the owners of these places dont kit them out and then do airbb
ОтветитьBefore I met my wife, she lived in one of these rooms while she was working at a sweat shop tire manufacturer in Rayong.
It makes me sad to think she spent a year of her life living under such conditions. Describing this living as minimalist is an understatement. I wouldn't wish this kind of living on anyone.
Thanks for posting the video.
Nice video but people should know portable air conditioners are VERY expensive to run and will blow a big hole in that saving you wanted when you moved there!
ОтветитьI think if you live 75 usd for that room. You will get in trouble. Because they think you were rich. Do not get anyone borrow your money.
ОтветитьIt's not a bad area....our condo is nearby on Na Jomtien 36..... but the room looks pretty miserable. It'll be what you make of it I suppose.
ОтветитьI like the place. I'd live there no problem
Ответитьnice price and nice location, living in Cambodia for many years,my rent on a 3 bedroom,3 bathroom home in Siem Reap is cheap also at $150 per month fully furnished.i loved thailand as i lived there many years before my move here.
ОтветитьSorry about Vee. Keep up the good reporting!
ОтветитьI could live there especially since it’s quieter.
Is the 2500 Baht just Thais or can Farang get same price?
free standing air conditioners are useless. I've used them and I know.
Ответитьgood information..... 👌
ОтветитьGood information, ,,,,hope all is well with you
ОтветитьGreat find 👨🏼🌾
ОтветитьGreat video. Maybe another one on what kind of accomodation is available on a thb 5000 monthly budget? Thks.
ОтветитьLove your videos, thank you.
ОтветитьExtremely interesting for folks who like that quiet & more simple life! Very affordable! Thanks! Well done, as usual! 😎
ОтветитьLouvers means no aircon.
You will get kidney stones cooling by fan only in Thailand
Must have aircon.
Must.
That's a good enough place to stay, i wouldn't mind staying like that 👍
ОтветитьThat's exactly how we live here outside Khon Kaen in Issan for the past four years. Me, my wife and our daughter. Even a little bit smaller than the room you showed there. We also pay 2500 Bath per month, but we have aircon. Otherwise we couldn't stand it here with 40 to 42 degrees celsius at the moment. A little lake behind the house and a lot of birds and chickensound around. Yes it's a minimalist life, but it's possible. And it's very save, all the neighbours are cops and it's 500 meters away from the police station.
ОтветитьHi, … some time ago, I believe you had a video with information about legal advice and visa stuff, etc… I believe it was a friend of yours. Can you tell me the name and location please? I cannot find your video 😢. Thanks already man 🙏
ОтветитьThNk you so much. I felt so bad to know what happened to vee, she was a beautiful soul 👍🙏🌺💕
ОтветитьGreat information for expats on a budget! 💯
ОтветитьNice but the close proximity to the neighbors would not work for me
ОтветитьWow. Very nice. But I doubt if any westerners can live like that. It's impossible. I think it's mostly for Thai workers. But thanks for sharing this with us.
ОтветитьPossibly a useful option for those who in the future find their pension or home currency collapses and say $1800/in Social security only worth say $500 in real purchasing power at home or abroad, and surviving on $500 in Thailand (until you can't meet Thai Income requirements for a retirement visa ) might be much more comfortable than living in a tent or vehicle in a Walmart parking lot and facing arrest for trespass or vagrancy in the U.S.
ОтветитьNot my kind of place to live, like a little more luxury, I am cheap but not that cheap, me will pay $700.00 U.S per month
Ответить@Rides 4 Kickz Will the owner allow you to install a split unit? What if you agree to leave it when you eventually depart?
ОтветитьI like it
ОтветитьI would just be a bit concerned about security when the locals realize they have a farang in the neighborhood. Farang= valuables
ОтветитьI bet the dogs make a lot of noise at night
Ответить
