Minimalist phone for the win! Light phone 2 vs Palm phone

Many of us are stuck in a world of doomscrolling, finding ourselves at the most inopportune times, or most inappropriate times, scrolling through our phones looking at social media, news, bad news, and a lot of things we probably don't care about or want to see.

There are alternatives to this, some of them more extreme such as the light phone, or a basic phone. some are less extreme such as having a second phone. but if you choose to have a second phone how dumb should it be, and how disconnected would you like to be?
