A error message saying "config error at line 66 (/home/MyUser/.config/hypr/hyprland.conf): Error setting value <on> for field <decoration:blur_new_optimizations>: No such field. Hyprland may not work correctly." shows at the top of screen. How do I fix that?

I want to try this wm for so long,but it seems that nvidia card work not so good under wayland ,so now i have to stay with xorg and xfce and dwm.
By the way,dwm is awesome!!!!

why does i have like 15 fps when using hyprland? i have 32gb ram rtx 2060 ryzen 5 3600 m2 disk and 4k monitor and this lag me so hard, every animation is so laggy

How long does it normally take to get past “waiting for time sync to complete”? I’ve been sitting for 5 minutes waiting on it and I’m not sure if I need to wait longer or if I need to restart the whole process.

As I go through your video, I'll post some quick tips and re-edit my comment to add them:
1 - iwctl station <wlan0> connect <Wi-Fi network name> then put in your Wi-Fi password when you are prompted. I prefer this rather than interactive mode.
2 - You should install microcode in the additional packages. intel-ucode or amd-ucode.
3 - on first boot, nmtui to setup network. It's ncurses menu driven and just easy.

Hi, i installed arch and hyprland yesterday, for the first time, in the installation i specified that my keyboard is “es” but my keyboard doesn’t seem to be in that layout, i want to know how i can fix that, i searched but it saw something about xwayland config and i didn’t understand it at all

Omg I love your gui. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter because you spend all day staring at a terminal but still…. I enjoy the process of setting up a new clean system - especially when it looks as good as this.

Great job on this one. But i have a question for you all...maybe someone can help me. I instaled hyprland on my desktop and for some reason when i first launch hyprland i don't see my bluetooth option in the top bar....Do i need to download anything extra? Thanks

I wanted to ask you what do you use for your clipboard. I'm often needing to copy text back and forth between windows, eg. terminal, browser, etc.

How do you make obs-studio work on Hyprland? honestly I have tried many things and I can not record or share screen. This makes me very bad with Hyprland. Can you make a video about it? My screen in obs is all black.

When I click 'Yes' to start Hyprland, two counters appear. One says [libseat] [libseat/backend/seatd.c:64] Could not connect to socket /run/seatd.sock: No such file or directory, and the other says [libseat/libseat.c:76] Backend 'seatd' failed to open seat, skipping. the only configuration I didn't do, was the internet connection, since I did everything from a virtual machine.

I love this video. Once I get build the AMD gaming rig I want, and get Arch Linux installed, I will be using Hyprland. I was wondering if if there was any Gigabyte performance software that goes at the top of the screen, similar to what you did with the ROG software? Since it's going to be a PC instead of a laptop, does it even matter?
