Everyone! The recent versions such as 9.xx might be vulnerable to this since sony recently released an update for the ps5 so it’s possible that they didn’t know about the freebsd vulnerability till now.

When i try latest iteration on Firmware 6.90 it says Not enough menory

Is it possible to block firmware updates but activate the disk drive ON PS5 SLIM AND PRO

PS5 OFW ON 9.60:

Heap Memory - failed (page can't respond).

String Overflow - worked after 30 seconds, gives "page cant respond" first at around 20 seconds.

Latest Iteration - worked within a few seconds, showed 'out of memory' first and then replaced that with 'page can't respond' very quickly.

best case scenario is that many hackers knew about this and decided to wait to see how long it would persist to see how high of a version we could get before it got patched

Hi guys, i have a ps4 pro with fw 6.72 but console is getting so much crashes lately so i wanted to reinstall firmware (for hard reset) and i have two questions. 1st: I downloaded recovery file for 6.72 its like 1 gb, is this the correct file? 2nd: I need to backup my saves to usb and copy to fresh system and how can i do that?
