Alan Wake, writer, only uses 2 fingers to type. No wonder he's been trapped so long.
ОтветитьHow did you get the Hotline for Valhalla Nursing Home? I didn't come across it in my playthrough
ОтветитьI love how he calls Polaris a guiding star!
ОтветитьThe one about trusting only his writing feels like a description of the philosophy behind Control's writing/story
ОтветитьI'm calling it right now. The typewriter is an Altered Item and this whole game was wake's new story from the first game ending
ОтветитьBaby baby baby yeah orange Peel
ОтветитьUnfortunately I was spoiled about Alan Wake and how it turns out due to playing Control and its DLCs first but I played Alan Wake and American Nightmare afterwards to get more context and oof, the sad realization I had when Alan thought he escaped only to still be in the Dark Place at the end of American Nightmare also makes me even more excited for Alan Wake 2 and Control's (as of this comments creation) recently announced Spin Off game makes me anxious to see how the story will continue!
ОтветитьDoes the last hotline call imply that the Hiss chant was made by Alan? Or that he created the entire Hiss invasion?
ОтветитьHARTMAN WAS STRETCHED
ОтветитьWhen Alan finish this novel, I want to read it! It will break sales charts. That novel will be a masterpiece
ОтветитьI wonder if we'll see Alice in Alan Wake 2
Ответить"A hero needs a crysis, something that mimics the human mind". Alan created the hiss, Polaris and maybe even the FBC. We don't understand how time works in the Dark Place, depending on that so much can be his doing.
ОтветитьWhat's interesting here that everyone is missing, is that Alan is a parautalitarian, the ability to change reality however is the ability of the dark place. Alan's presence in the dark place is allowing it to change Ordinary, because it is connected to it either through fissures that naturally occur (Bright Falls lake), or their connection through the Oceanview motel that is connected to the oldest house.
The Oceanview motel was seen in the AW2 teaser. Its likely, Alan came back through the Oceanview motel rather than Bright Falls. Interestingly this also means that the other worlds are connected to the Oldest house, the oldest house, like the Oceanview motel seems to act like a Calabi–Yau manifold or orbifold - a multi dimensional wrapping up of Euclidian spaces (realities) separated in the 3rd and 4th dimensions.
It is important to say that one Case File, talks about Mr. Scritch (Alan Wake's doppelgänger) and how he had entered in Alice Wake's house.
After that, a second Case File talks about how the FBC sent agents to protect Alice.
I believe Alan rewrote some part/some years of the FBC history to give an end to Hartman in his story by "using" Jesse, and, of course, to find a way to protect Alice.
I love that Alan is just a straight up hack
Ответитьit’s pretty cool that one of these manuscript pages actually made it into alan wake 2
ОтветитьOh, Alan...causing trouble for everybody. Even those not in Bright Falls lol
ОтветитьAnyone know how to do this effect in an editing software?
ОтветитьI’m really curious how they made this effect
Ответитьi think alan is using plot point to reach parliment tower again hahahha
ОтветитьIt's still wild to me how Wake wrote the seemingly random words that the Hiss employees are chanting
