Could I import a midi file what is originalidad 120 bpm but I want to put in a project that is 245 bpm but I don’t want the file goes fast , need to adapt to the new velocity! It is possible ?

Facts! I guess we’ve all been there😅

I noticed one thing.
Once you change tempo, the master reaches and higher volume.
If you are at 0.1 it goes over 1-2 db over the red.
Is there any other procedure to avoid or we need just to put a limiter or lower the volume?
