Honest to god when it’s zoomed out the fsr looks better but up close dlss is king but I actually like the over sharpened clean look fsr places on distant object but up close the dlss stomps it I wish we could blend all the upscalers together and make one amazing system that’s open source and everyone is level that would be best for consumers then we choose based on the best morals of a company and not their proprietary tech but I know that’s not how it works or would it be good in the long run why innovate at that point but ai upscaling really is a game changer we can getperformance that used to require hundreds of watts to provide for a tiny power budget

DLSS Quality (66% scaling) has been found to have better image quality than FSR “Native”. That alone should tell you how bad FSR is.

If you are 1080p gamer
Use 1440p with dlss/fsr to quality/balanced instead of using 1080p with dlss ultra quality/quality

yeah but you know what??? at least my fucking rtx 3070 can run FSR 3 unlike the DLSS 3 which is exclusive to the 4000 series

DLSS looks blurry.

FSR is functional on all competitor GPUs, therefore AMD. nVidia fans are gnashing their teeth.. only those who still have GTX1000 series are silent, because FSR works for them and they are happy, this group of people should think about why AMD in the future!

AMD is a little bit behind. They are still doing good work, and i want to see future improvements to FSR

there are other factors to be considered. price, availability on different GPUs, compatibility with Linux (at least in my case), and ethics of the company. In open source communiries and Linux communities we do not like Nvidia (mostly), cos it shits on us. 90% of the time I will choose AMD, because they are open with all their inventions (and drivers) for all humanity (and Linux users) to enjoy.

FSR looks really shit in my opinion. I have AMD gpu and I’s rather play below 60 fps than have to play with FSR, in cyberpunk I use XESS and that looks so much better than FSR.

Только вот, рассмотреть сию слабость амд, можно лишь при разрешении 2-4к на мониторе с диагональю от 27-ми дюймов, так и стоит ли оно того, учитывая факт того, что и по сей день нет среднего или предтопового сегмента, которые бы запускали свежие игры в этих 2-4к на максимальных графических настройках с 60-170 кадрами, дабы монитор отрабатывал свою герцовку в 144 или 170 Гц.

FSR will become EX terrible when moving your camera, it got much more ghosting and artifact, and make the graphic smearing feeling
Static picture just canno shows their difference at all
Even TAA looks great when static🙂
